VoiceArtistTraining.com was started by Gemma Hudson, a Voiceover Artist for nearly 14 years who performs voice work for some of the worlds biggest brands from her self-built Professional Home Studio. Gemma's professional VO website can be seen here:

Gemma is a Life Coach, Actor & Trainer who trains aspiring Voiceover Artists.
Gemma's background is in Radio Production, and in those days she would be the one selecting Voiceover Artists for commercial ads on the radio! She worked as a Radio Producer at many of the UK's top radio stations, including Capital FM, Heart FM and XFM. Her production skills help enormously with her coaching work, she recognises a good voice when she hears one and having directed numerous Voiceover Sessions in the past, she knows how to get the best from a Voice Artist.
Gemma was a Producer for some years before she took her turn in front of the mic and became a Breakfast Show Presenter at Heart FM, which led to where she is today. Gemma loved presenting and really enjoyed being the voice of a breakfast Show - it was a dream come true! But after several years, the 4am starts took their toll and she needed some sleep. When the time came, Gemma decided to move into working as a Voiceover Artist from home and hasn't looked back. Now she teaches others how to do the same!
Gemma now works as a Voiceover Artist and Personal & Professional Development Coach.
She is also a fully qualified clinical psychotherapist and able to help clients develop their performance skills taking into account any psychological blocks that might be getting in the way.
Gemma has taken acting classes at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and also belongs to an improvisation group which keeps her on top of her game and indulges her passion for acting and performance.
